此次召回的产品于2016年11月24日~2017年3月1日在加拿大售出约212件。召回原因为奶嘴夹上的硅胶珠子易脱落，儿童误食后有窒息的危险。截至2017年3月1日，该公司收到1起有关硅胶珠子从奶嘴夹脱落的报告。尚未收到任何与使用该产品相关的人身损伤报告。
加拿大卫生部建议消费者立即停止使用上述召回产品并将其退还至所购商店以获得替换品。
