Description of content: Technical Regulation provides the establishment of essential requirements to be met by the ME, duties of manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers and distributors of ME, ME conformity assessment procedure requirements of the Technical Regulations and Conformity marking and market surveillance of state put in circulation on the ME.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: The Draft Resolution, which calls approve the new edition of the Technical Regulation, will provide the opportunity to harmonize the provisions of the Technical Regulation with relevant provisions of Directive 2014/32/EC and allow to bring the national legislation to the European legislation in this area.
