食品伙伴网讯   据外媒报道，近日美国佛罗里达州发布警告称，生吃或者食用未熟的海鲜可能感染创伤弧菌（Vibrio Vulnificus）。这是一种致命的噬人肉细菌，存在于牡蛎、蛤蜊和螃蟹等甲壳类动物。

    今年佛罗里达有8人感染该菌，其中两人死亡。其中一人是因为生吃海鲜，另一人则是因为多次感染这种细菌。

    据报道，在佛罗里达州餐厅，菜单上已经出现警告文字：吃生的或未煮熟的贝类，患食源性疾病的风险较高。
